S&P downgrades Russia's TMK to B+ from BB-, outlook Negative

MOSCOW, Apr 23 (PRIME) -- International rating agency S&P Global Rating (S&P) has downgraded the long-term ratings of pipe producer TMK in foreign and the national currency to B+ from BB-, the agency said in a statement on Friday.

The outlook for the rating is Negative.
